Exchange Requests:

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for exchange:

• Product must be unused
• Product must be in original packaging
• All accessories and tags must be included

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds may be approved only in the following situations:

• Wrong product delivered
• Product received in damaged condition
• Order cannot be fulfilled by us

Customers must provide clear photos or videos supporting their request.
